UC San Diego students and faculty/staff in departments participating in the Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement are eligible to receive Office applications and other productivity software. Students must obtain UCSD affiliation through a UCSD email address.

Configure Windows Mail for Campus Email. Read your UC San Diego email in Windows Mail. First, find where your mail lives. Find where mail sent to your @ucsd.edu email address is delivered with the Account Lookup Tool.. Next, follow the instructions below for your account type
Filter Email and Block Spam. Filter your mail. UC San Diego Gmail. Log into gmail.ucsd.edu. Click the gear icon on the top-right and go to Settings. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses and set up your mail filters.
